3. By E-Form. You might complete the following form£º * Online Pre-application Form of Health Insurance for Visitors to Canada *and submit the form to us. After receiving your application, we will contact you to complete the pruchase.
   
4. By Email. Send us an email request and we will contact you to complete the purchase.
   
5. By Fax. Fax number is 416-298-2211. You might print the £­ Health Insurance for Visitors to Canada Pre-application Form £­ , complete it, and send it to us by fax. We will call you to complete your purchase once we receive your fax.
6. Buy Online.Some companies£¨i.e. GMS£¬ETFS, TG£©allow clients to purchase the insurance by themselves online. If you like to do it, click the "Buy Online" link of respective company in our web pages. If you have any question before you doing it, you might still feel free to consult us.

¡¡¡¡Except of purchasing it in our office, by phone, or online, for all other solutions, we will call you by phone after receiving your request to confirm your information and to answer your any questions. You might also make your final decision if you decide to buy or not at that time when we call. Once we complete your application, we will give you the insurance policy number immediately and then send you the policy package by mail or email. Once you receive the policy package, please read it carefully and let us know if any information on you is incorrect.

• By Cash. You might pay the premium by cash if you come to our office to purchase. Please DO NOT send cash by mail.
• By Personal Check. You might pay it by personal check if you buy the insurance in advance.
It is usually "payable to agent" as requested by more insurance companies.
• By Money Order.
• By Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged by the respective insurance company if you choice to pay by credit card.
• By Interac Email Money Transfer. Most Canadian banks, such asÈçBank of Montreal, ScotiaBank, CIBC, RBC, TD Bank, HSBC£¬have the service.
